Delivery Times & Costs

Estimated delivery time: EVRI 24hrs 1-2 business days and EVRI 48hrs 2-4 business days.

Free shipping for all orders over £59.

Orders under £59 will display the shipping cost at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

Return shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, if you return items for personal reasons (not faulty/incorrect), we will deduct both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost from your refund. Only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
