DIRECTIONS OF USE
Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet scalp and hair. Gently massage into the scalp for 2–3 minutes to allow active ingredients to act. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times per week or as advised by your dermatologist. Avoid contact with eyes.
Note: If your scalp is very dry or dehydrated, the cleansing process may initially cause more flaking or tightness. This is temporary and often a sign of deeper exfoliation. To restore balance, consider using a hydrating conditioner or scalp serum after washing.

I've used this for 2 weeks now in between colouring hair. I'm very impressed that it doesn't strip colour. I have very porous, thick dry hair that takes ages to dye and also the colour seems to wash out easily. With this shampoo, I didn't notice any loss of colour in the 2 weeks. That's a real result for my hair so very happy.

I spread it over my hands and distributed it through my hair - it is a different washing experience as it doesn't lather up - that's the job the sulphates play, but they're only there to make the shampoo bubbly. and serve no hair-care purpose.
It made my hair feel squeaky clean - but definitely in need of conditioning to get the best out of it. I used the conditioner from the same range and between them they treated my hair nicely - it dried nice and smoothly and felt fine and silky for the day.
I personally prefer to use products with fewer unnecessary additives so I'm very happy with this cruelty-free range.
*the lid is an odd design. I initially thought it was a pump action as you press on the back half of the lid and it depresses downwards. However, that just opens the nozzle on the front section, so you need to turn the bottle upside down and squeeze out your product. I have joint issues and found the bottle a bit hard to squeeze as it is quite firm, so it would be nice if they could address the dispensing action in future.

Like the conditioner this is a thick creamy product, at first it can take quite a squeeze to get the shampoo out of the bottle, but not overly problematic.
